This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end journey of our partner ecosystem, from initial strategy and recruitment to ongoing engagement and performance, driving significant revenue for hundreds of brands on our cutting-edge platform.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our partner program. Your primary mission will be to cultivate and scale a curated network of high-quality affiliates, creators, influencers, publishers, and strategic partners. This isn't just about adding numbers; it's about building a robust community of collaborators who are deeply invested in driving measurable results and revenue for the brands they represent on our platform. You will be the architect of relationships, transforming them into sustainable revenue streams and establishing systems that ensure scalability and long-term success.
- • A key focus of your responsibilities will be the rapid activation of new partners. We believe in agility and efficiency, and you will be tasked with developing strategies that enable partners to go live and start generating value within days, not weeks. This requires a proactive and streamlined onboarding process, coupled with compelling engagement tactics that encourage partners to actively promote multiple brands within our ecosystem.
- • Beyond activation, you will be the driving force behind partner engagement and community building. This involves creating a vibrant and supportive environment through well-executed ecosystem events, innovative partner programs, and high-touch accelerator initiatives. Your efforts will foster a sense of belonging and mutual success, turning our partner network into a powerful competitive advantage.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with our brand growth teams to align on offers, develop impactful campaigns, and refine activation strategies that maximize partner performance. Furthermore, you will partner with our product and operations teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement system improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability across the board.
- • Your strategic vision will be crucial in establishing scalable systems and workflows that allow our partner network to grow exponentially, moving from dozens to hundreds of top-performing partners. You will be the external face of our partner ecosystem, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, and continuously seeking ways to optimize the partner experience, performance, and overall outcomes.
- • This role demands a leader who can balance strategic foresight with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for setting ambitious goals, developing the roadmaps to achieve them, and meticulously tracking progress against key performance indicators. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and pivot strategies as needed will be critical to sustained success. You will champion the value proposition of our platform to potential partners and ensure existing partners feel valued and supported, leading to deeper integrations and increased advocacy.
- • Ultimately, you will own the P&L for the partner channel, demonstrating a clear return on investment for all initiatives. This includes managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and reporting on the overall health and growth of the partner ecosystem to senior leadership. Your success will be measured by the revenue generated through partnerships, the growth and retention of our partner base, and the overall impact on our clients' marketing success.
