  • • As Head of Partnerships at Miter Inc., you will architect and scale a strategic partnerships function from the ground up to become a durable, high-impact revenue channel in a $2T industry undergoing long-overdue technology transformation. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to define strategy, acquire and enable partners, and drive co-sell and co-marketing motions that accelerate customer adoption and ARR growth.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and scaling Miter’s partnerships program end-to-end — designing partner tiers, incentive structures, onboarding flows, and enablement programming; managing full lifecycle partner relationships from acquisition to expansion; coordinating co-sell motions with Sales, identifying integration opportunities with Product, and supporting joint go-to-market initiatives with Marketing; defining and tracking core KPIs such as partner-sourced pipeline, influenced ARR, activation rates, and goal attainment; and signing the first partners while establishing repeatable, scalable motions that lay the foundation for a high-performing team.
  • • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing vertical SaaS company that has already achieved thousands of customers and tens of millions in ARR since its 2021 launch, backed by $50M+ from top-tier investors including Bessemer, Coatue, and Battery. Miter is rebuilding outdated construction industry systems with AI and embedded payments to empower contractors building critical infrastructure like roads, bridges, utilities, data centers, and housing.
  • • The Partnerships team sits at a pivotal intersection of growth, product, and go-to-market strategy, offering you direct visibility across the organization and the opportunity to build and lead a team as the function scales. You’ll gain deep experience in channel strategy, partner economics, SaaS growth mechanics, and cross-functional leadership in a high-ambiguity, builder-oriented environment where your impact will be both immediate and lasting.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, with at least 3 years in a SaaS environment and a proven track record of building or scaling a partnerships function from scratch
  • • Strategic background with demonstrated ability to design operational and business processes, architect channel strategy, conduct market analysis, and drive execution in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • • Proficiency with CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and AI technologies; ability to build operational infrastructure including deal registration, attribution tracking, and performance reporting systems
  • • Excellent relationship-building skills with the capacity to earn trust from external partners and internal stakeholders, coupled with clear, direct communication to represent Miter to senior leaders and influence cross-functional teams
  • • Experience in construction industry, vertical SaaS, or workforce/payroll software is a plus; prior experience hiring and managing a team is preferred
