Head of Partnerships

📋 Description

• • As Head of Partnerships at Andromeda Technologies Inc., you will build and own the end-to-end partnership function, serving as a critical individual contributor reporting directly to the founders. This role sits at the intersection of supply, demand, and ecosystem, driving commercial relationships that expand the company’s reach and capabilities in the AI infrastructure market.
• • Day to day, you will identify and source partners, negotiate terms, manage contracting and onboarding, and oversee ongoing relationship management. You will create distribution partnerships with GPU providers, develop alliances with VC funds and accelerators, and structure strategic agreements with AI labs, OEMs, and data centers. You will define value propositions, own KPI frameworks tracking revenue and utilization, and coordinate cross-functionally with infrastructure, sales, and technical teams to execute partnerships.
