- • Join Vonage as a Mid-Market Account Manager (German Speaking) to drive new business and manage existing accounts in the DACH-NL region, directly contributing to the company’s growth in the $10B+ communications API market.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving net new business through upsell and cross-sell, developing territory plans focused on new logo acquisition, building relationships with senior stakeholders across business, marketing, and technology, collaborating with pre-sales and customer success teams to deliver tailored CPaaS/API solutions, managing pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, representing Vonage at industry events, and sharing market intelligence to support regional EMEA strategy.
- • You’ll be part of Vonage’s global cloud communications team, empowering brands like Airbnb, Viber, WhatsApp, and Snapchat to accelerate digital transformation through programmable unified communications, contact center solutions, and communications APIs, with a focus on the high-potential DACH-NL market.
- • In this role, you’ll develop expertise in CPaaS and network-powered solutions, sharpen your enterprise sales skills in a high-growth tech environment, deepen your regional market knowledge, and achieve measurable impact through quota-attained new business and margin growth, positioning you for advancement in global sales leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in CPaaS, SaaS, or telecommunications, with a strong track record of closing new deals
- • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- • Deep understanding of the German/DACH-NL market, including cultural nuances and business practices
- • Strong existing network within the DACH-NL region, particularly with mid-market companies
- • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with multi-level stakeholders
- • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote/distributed environment
- • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management
