  • • Cryptio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Partnerships to spearhead the development and expansion of our partner ecosystem within the burgeoning crypto and fintech landscapes. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic leader who can cultivate and manage key relationships, transforming them into robust, repeatable strategies that yield significant commercial outcomes and drive widespread adoption of Cryptio's innovative financial infrastructure. As a high-impact position situated at the confluence of business development, institutional sales, and deep crypto market acumen, the ideal candidate will possess an established network and the ability to immediately contribute to our growth trajectory.
  • • The Head of Partnerships will be instrumental in crafting and implementing a comprehensive global partner strategy, with a strategic anchor in New York City. This involves proactively identifying, structuring, and finalizing strategic alliances with a diverse range of entities, including crypto-native firms, and meticulously managing these partnerships from inception through to successful execution. A primary focus will be on generating partner-led pipeline opportunities through effective referral programs and co-sell initiatives, with a particular emphasis on penetrating and unlocking relationships within the institutional sector, encompassing banks, asset managers, and other regulated financial entities.
  • • A key responsibility will be to serve as a credible and influential external representative for Cryptio. This involves actively engaging with the market, opening doors to target institutions, and building trust and recognition for Cryptio's brand and solutions. The Head of Partnerships will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless integration, successful launch, and scalable growth of all partnership activities. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for aligning partner efforts with overall company objectives and maximizing their impact.
  • • Furthermore, the role demands active representation of Cryptio at critical partner meetings, industry conferences, and other key events. This presence will be crucial for networking, identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and staying abreast of market trends and competitive landscapes. The ability to articulate Cryptio's value proposition compellingly to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives, will be paramount.
  • • The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for establishing clear performance metrics and tracking the success of partnership initiatives against these benchmarks. This data-driven approach will ensure that partnership efforts are aligned with commercial goals and contribute demonstrably to revenue growth and market penetration.
