📋 Description
- • As Head of Partnerships at Freshpaint Inc., you will lead the partnership team to drive pipeline and revenue by developing strategic alliances that reinforce Freshpaint’s position as the gold standard for privacy-first healthcare marketing and analytics.
- • Day to day, you will develop and oversee partnership strategies, integrate partners into sales processes, enable co-marketing initiatives, lead and mentor a team of three partner managers, and create executive alignment with key strategic partners and Freshpaint leadership.
- • Freshpaint is a privacy-first data platform backed by Y Combinator and Intel Capital, helping healthcare organizations use modern marketing and analytics tools without exposing protected health information (PHI), enabling safe growth in a $4+ trillion U.S. healthcare industry undergoing digital transformation.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to scale a high-impact partnership program, develop leadership skills in a fast-growing startup, and directly contribute to Freshpaint’s mission of eliminating the trade-off between growth and privacy in healthcare.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience building successful partnerships
- • At least 2-3+ years of experience leading a partnership team
- • Demonstrated experience building GTM strategies that leverage partners to deliver business results
- • Experience with partnerships that drive results through referral and co-sell motions
- • B2B SaaS experience at a startup (strongly preferred)
- • Familiarity with marketing agencies (strongly preferred)
- • Experience working in healthcare (nice-to-have)
