- • The Head of Partnerships at Veloq (a standalone technology company spun out from Rohlik Group) will architect the partner ecosystem from zero to one, defining strategy, building commercial frameworks, and converting relationships with systems integrators, WMS resellers, consulting firms, and technology alliances into pipeline and revenue.
- • Day to day, the role involves sourcing, qualifying, and closing partnership agreements; leading commercial negotiations; managing the full partnership cycle; building co-sell programs with sales leaders; representing Veloq at industry events; and collaborating with the CEO and VP Sales on strategy and intelligence sharing.
- • Veloq is a fast-growing, independent technology company powering next-generation grocery fulfilment through its modular platform for automated picking, e-commerce fulfilment, and last-mile logistics, born from Rohlik Group’s proven operations across five European markets and now serving 850,000+ customers.
- • The person in this role will have real ownership, direct access to the CEO, equity in a high-growth startup, and the opportunity to shape a category-defining company’s go-to-market motion while building scalable partner programs that drive revenue across EMEA and North America.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development in enterprise SaaS or technology
- • Proven record of building partner ecosystems from zero
- • Strong commercial acumen — understanding how SIs, resellers, consultants and VARs make money
- • Track record of closing complex, multi-party partnership agreements
- • Fluent English; based in Prague or Berlin; regular travel expected
