  • • As Head of Partnerships at SoSafe GmbH, you will serve as the architect of the company’s partner ecosystem, leading a team of four Partner Managers across DACH, UKI, and International regions to drive predictable revenue growth through strategic alliances with GSIs, MSSPs, and Resellers, positioning SoSafe as the standard solution in leading cybersecurity consultancies’ portfolios.
  • • You will lead, mentor, and empower your team to foster "Channel Excellence" by continuously developing their sales and account management skills, ensuring alignment with growth targets through optimized framework agreements, tiering models, and incentive structures.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving the acquisition and onboarding of top-tier strategic partners such as GSIs, VARs, MSSPs, and specialized security consultancies, while supporting your team in building and maintaining trusted, resilient C-level relationships with key partner executives.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless lead transitions and effective co-marketing campaigns, actively developing partnership playbooks and best practices to scale operations efficiently.
  • • By personally managing selected high-value strategic partnerships, you will lead by example to accelerate expansion into new markets and demonstrate a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to operational improvement.
  • • In your first 6–12 months, success will be measured by the successful takeover and further development of the existing partnership team, optimization of the partner framework to increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, high partner retention, increased deal velocity through improved enablement, and active contribution to international expansion via targeted MSSP network growth.
  • • You will achieve team targets around ARR growth and Gross Retention (GRR), leveraging your analytical and structured mindset to master pipeline management and forecasting in a partner context, making data-driven decisions that move the needle on business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Partnerships within a SaaS environment, ideally with a focus on complex security solutions.
  • • Minimum 2 years of management experience with a passion for coaching and developing an international team to peak performance.
  • • Proven ability to optimize structures and processes, taking them from "good" to "excellent" with a proactive, solution-oriented builder mentality.
  • • Strong analytical and structured skills, including mastery of pipeline management and forecasting in a partner context, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • • Full professional proficiency in both German (native level) and English.
  • • An existing network within the cybersecurity industry in the DACH region is considered a bonus.
