  • • As the Head of Partnerships for North America at Yuno Technologies Inc., you will be instrumental in architecting and executing Yuno's strategic partnership vision across the United States and potentially expanding into neighboring markets like Mexico. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional passionate about forging high-impact alliances that will accelerate Yuno's global expansion and solidify its position as a leader in the payment orchestration space.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and manage a robust portfolio of strategic partners. This includes proactively sourcing, negotiating, and nurturing alliances with a diverse range of entities such as leading payment providers, innovative fintech companies, established financial institutions, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), influential platforms, expert consultancies, and complementary technology partners. The goal is to build a comprehensive ecosystem that amplifies Yuno's reach and capabilities.
  • • A key focus of your role will be driving growth acceleration through these partnerships. You will be tasked with structuring collaborations that not only drive the adoption of Yuno's cutting-edge payment orchestration solutions but also directly contribute to significant revenue growth and the expansion of Yuno's market footprint in both existing and emerging territories.
  • • Revenue generation will be a critical outcome of your efforts. You will develop and manage partnerships with a clear revenue-driven objective, leveraging strategies such as co-selling initiatives, deep technical integrations, and referral programs to create new streams of business and enhance Yuno's commercial success.
  • • As the primary owner of these strategic relationships, you will serve as the lead point of contact for all key partners. This involves ensuring seamless alignment on objectives, diligently monitoring performance, and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial value creation for both Yuno and its partners.
  • • To maximize the effectiveness of these alliances, you will collaborate closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. This cross-functional synergy will be crucial in developing comprehensive partner enablement materials, crafting targeted go-to-market (GTM) plays, and executing impactful co-marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • • Your influence will extend beyond direct partner management. You will represent Yuno at prominent industry events, conferences, and forums, actively contributing to strengthening our thought leadership and brand presence within the dynamic US and global payments landscape.
  • • Establishing clear metrics for success and defining efficient operational workflows will be essential for ensuring the scalability, repeatability, and sustained impact of Yuno's partnership program. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies.
  • • You will be empowered to own and set the strategic direction for partnerships within North America, identifying, evaluating, and developing opportunities that are precisely aligned with Yuno's overarching business objectives. This includes building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships that unlock new business avenues and amplify mutual value.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve assisting in the negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements. This requires a keen understanding of internal policies, pricing strategies, and performance expectations to ensure all agreements are mutually beneficial and legally sound.
  • • Continuous monitoring of partnership KPIs and performance is paramount. You will be expected to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to foster ongoing improvement and maximize the return on investment for each partnership.
