- • Lead and grow the People function at Sona Technologies as the company scales beyond 150 employees, reporting to the Chief of Staff & VP of People in a dual-role structure.
- • Act as the go-to People leader for managers and senior leaders, handling performance conversations, probation, employee relations, and difficult people decisions while driving strategic initiatives in performance management, learning and development, and culture.
- • Join a fast-moving, AI-native workforce management platform serving frontline workers globally, backed by $50M+ in funding from top-tier VCs and angels, with a mission to empower 3 billion frontline workers through intelligent scheduling, HR, payroll, and communications.
- • Shape and build the People function from the ground up in a high-ambiguity, high-impact environment, managing the People Ops Manager and partnering with leadership to design scalable, AI-first processes as Sona expands into new international markets.
