• The Real Estate Associate Agent role at Rocket Mortgage, LLC (operating under Redfin) offers a flexible, independent contractor opportunity for licensed or aspiring real estate professionals to engage with clients through field activities like showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections—without the pressure of closing transactions or meeting sales quotas.
• Day to day, the associate agent will set their own schedule, travel within their local market to conduct property showings and open houses, interact with prospective buyers and sellers, and utilize provided tools and resources to support client interactions—all while working remotely from the field with no requirement to visit a physical office.
• The team operates as part of Redfin, a technology-driven national brokerage committed to redefining the real estate experience through innovation, agent empowerment, and customer-centric service, combining digital tools with human expertise to streamline home buying and selling.
• In this role, the agent can develop real estate expertise, build client relationship skills, gain MLS and local market experience, and access free optional educational resources to grow professionally—all while earning per-field-event compensation with the potential to start earning in under two weeks.

🎯 Requirements

• Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
