📋 Description

• • As Head of People (Global) at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will own and operate the full spectrum of human resources across a fast-growing, international organization spanning Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, the UK, and the US, ensuring HR functions support both on-site and remote teams in a high-performance culture.
• • You will personally lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR operations, while building scalable systems and a high-quality HR team from the ground up.
• • Bjak builds superior application platforms globally, starting with Southeast Asia’s leading insurance platform serving over 8 million users, and is now expanding into AI-integrated applications with a flat, engineering-driven culture where all members are expected to be hands-on and mission-focused.
• • You will work closely with founders and senior leaders as a trusted advisor and practical problem-solver, gaining deep exposure to organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and high-stakes people decisions while driving execution and building HR infrastructure that scales with the business.
