đź“‹ Description
- • As an Implementation Manager for Choco in the UK&I region, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring food distributors successfully adopt the Choco platform, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building a sustainable global food system by reducing waste and improving efficiency in food distribution.
- • You will own the entire implementation lifecycle — from post-sale handoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success — acting as the operational engine that turns signed contracts into live, value-creating customer relationships.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving structured onboarding programs, managing timelines and dependencies across multiple concurrent implementations, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum throughout their journey.
- • You will lead customer kickoff meetings, onboarding sessions, and structured training, while coordinating cross-functional efforts between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Solution Engineering to remove blockers and keep implementations on track.
- • You will support technical integrations involving APIs or ERP systems where needed, identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and track key performance metrics such as time-to-go-live and time-to-first-value to continuously improve the implementation process.
- • Beyond execution, you will contribute to building scalable onboarding frameworks by refining templates, documentation, and implementation playbooks, helping Choco scale its UK&I operations with consistency and quality.
- • You will join a high-performing, ambitious team at a pivotal growth moment, where your work will have measurable impact on customer success and help refine processes that are already proven but now being scaled.
- • You’ll work on a purpose-driven product with real traction in an underserved industry, seeing direct results from your efforts in customer adoption and operational efficiency — not vanity metrics, but meaningful outcomes that align with Choco’s mission.
- • You’ll be part of a culture that values ownership, transparency, collaboration, and execution over ego, where hungry and humble individuals thrive by putting the team first and embracing hard work in service of a long-term vision.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, project management, or similar roles
- • Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously with clear delivery outcomes
- • Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or fast-moving environments
- • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- • Familiarity with APIs, ERP systems, or technical integrations
- • Comfort operating in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
- • Fluent English (C1/C2)
🏖️ Benefits
- • Join a high-performing, ambitious implementation team with real ownership and impact
- • Help build and refine implementation playbooks, processes, and cadences at a pivotal scaling moment
- • See clear impact from your work, measured by customer success rather than vanity KPIs
- • Work on a product with purpose and proven traction, driving meaningful adoption in an underserved industry
- • Be part of a culture that values ownership over ego — transparent, collaborative, and execution-focused
- • Opportunity to work with a mission-driven company that has achieved unicorn status and is backed by top-tier investors like Bessemer Venture Partners, Insight Partners, Coatue Management, and LeftLane Capital
