- • Partner directly with leaders across the organisation to provide pragmatic, legally grounded advice on people operations, grounded in UK employment law and informed by Irish and US experience where applicable.
- • Coach managers to lead with impact by building a strong feedback culture and enabling effective leadership practices across all teams.
- • Lead the overhaul of Nory’s performance review process to integrate AI-enabled tools, ensuring alignment with operational goals and scalable feedback mechanisms.

- • Own the full employee lifecycle—from hiring to offboarding—and continuously challenge existing processes to improve the employee experience.
- • Protect and strengthen Nory’s high-performance culture by reinforcing clarity of outcomes, accountability, and lived company values across all locations.
- • Act as second-in-command to the VP People & Talent, driving key People priorities with urgency and ownership during a period of rapid scaling.
- • Support and enhance hiring processes to deliver on Nory’s H2 2026 workforce plan, ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition across international markets.

- • Maintain operational agility by balancing immediate priorities with long-term structural improvements, avoiding rigidity while ensuring compliance and consistency.
- • Work from Nory’s London office, with the flexibility to work remotely for up to three months per year across global time zones.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with Nory’s core values: serving impact with profit, speed of service, acting like owners, and winning as a crew.
- • Contribute to building a diverse, inclusive workplace by welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and ensuring equitable practices in all people processes.
- • Maintain awareness of international HR nuances, particularly in the US and Ireland, to support Nory’s global expansion and cultural integration.
- • Utilise the €1,000 annual learning & development budget and quarterly book allowance to continuously grow as a people leader.
- • Operate with energy, urgency, and ownership—driving change without compromising culture during a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
