📋 Description
- • Lead the People Technology (HRIS) ecosystem at EverCommerce, owning the end-to-end strategic roadmap for people-facing platforms including Workday, Phenom, Culture Amp, and Freshdesk to drive a frictionless, AI-enhanced employee experience.
- • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts and engineers, fostering high performance and continuous learning while transitioning them from traditional support roles into Strategic Engineers and Automation Experts.
- • Define and execute a multi-year technical roadmap that synchronizes People systems with broader enterprise goals, leading Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives to fix data and process issues at the source and deploying automation to eliminate manual workflows.
- • Act as the lead architect for the HR stack, owning the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for HRIS, and serve as a trusted technology advisor to HR People Leaders and HRBPs, translating complex people-strategies into scalable technical requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience leading Business Systems or HRIS functions in high-growth technology companies
- • Deep, hands-on configuration experience with Workday (mandatory); significant experience with Phenom, Culture Amp, and Freshdesk highly preferred
- • Proven experience leveraging AI and GenAI for business process improvements, including applying LLMs and predictive AI to HRIS workflows for efficiency gains
