📋 Description

• As Head of Platform at Fitt Insider Inc., you will serve as a critical operator-builder hybrid at the center of the business, working directly with the executive team to transform strategic priorities into coordinated action across content, talent, partnerships, and emerging initiatives like the digital and in-person community membership program. This role exists to eliminate friction, build missing systems, and ensure high-value opportunities are not lost due to poor coordination or unclear ownership—directly enabling Fitt to leverage its trusted position in the health and wellness industry into greater execution and impact.
• Your day-to-day will involve aligning executive priorities, improving cross-functional coordination, establishing operating rhythms, tracking key decisions and follow-through, leading special projects that span multiple business lines, identifying and fixing broken workflows, building lightweight but effective systems for visibility and accountability, managing inbound opportunities by assessing strategic value and urgency, owning next steps for high-potential partnerships and initiatives, and representing leadership in both internal and external communications—all while staying deeply connected to industry trends to proactively surface relationships, talent, and market signals.
• You will join a mission-driven, media-led platform that has built significant trust, audience reach, and influence in the health and wellness space through content, talent, partnerships, and community. Fitt operates as a growing ecosystem of complementary businesses and is now focused on turning its industry position into more coordinated execution, leveraging its platform strengths to drive faster, more consistent follow-through across initiatives.
• In this role, you will develop advanced skills in strategic operations, cross-functional leadership, and systems thinking—learning how to absorb complex context quickly, create structure from ambiguity, drive execution without constant oversight, and turn industry awareness into proactive outreach and action. You will gain direct exposure to executive decision-making, shape the evolution of a growing platform, and leave a measurable impact on how Fitt coordinates, executes, and scales its most important work.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to operate as an owner-builder in ambiguous environments—creating structure, driving execution, and moving initiatives forward without waiting for direction
• Exceptional organizational and proactive work habits, with a track record of managing multiple priorities while maintaining momentum and follow-through
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent leadership effectively in internal and external conversations
• Comfort with ambiguity and the confidence to make decisions, own outcomes, and escalate appropriately when needed
• Deep interest in or familiarity with the health, wellness, and fitness industry, including the ability to identify emerging talent, trends, and strategic opportunities
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives from concept to execution, including event coordination, partnership development, or platform launches
