Head of Product / Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• • As Head of Product / Senior Product Manager at Vidrush Inc., you will serve as the strategic anchor between business goals and technical execution, translating high-level vision into actionable product strategy and ensuring the team focuses on high-impact work that drives revenue and retention.
• • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including defining 4–12 week roadmaps, refining PRDs with clear acceptance criteria and technical ownership, managing backlog hygiene and sprint planning in Jira, establishing lightweight cross-timezone rituals, and mentoring the existing PM team while acting as the first line of defense against scope creep.
• • Vidrush Inc. is an AI-native video production platform that enables creators to turn ideas into fully produced long-form videos in under an hour using coordinated AI agents, with strong traction from serious creators and media teams; you’ll join a small, remote-first team where speed and execution are valued over process.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI product management, sharpen your technical writing and stakeholder alignment skills, lead product strategy for a category-defining platform, and directly influence the trajectory of a high-growth startup by shipping features that move key business metrics.
