- • As the Head of Provider Growth, you will be the primary architect and ambassador of Atlas's innovative Care Model. Your role will be instrumental in building and nurturing our presence within the medical oncology market. You will be responsible for evangelizing the Atlas Care Model, educating prospective partners on its transformative benefits, and managing the entire partnership lifecycle from initial contact through successful implementation and ongoing relationship management. This is a critical leadership position that requires a strategic thinker, a skilled negotiator, and a relationship builder who can effectively communicate the value proposition of Atlas to a sophisticated audience.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of business development. This includes proactively sourcing and identifying high-potential oncology practices, meticulously qualifying leads to ensure alignment with Atlas's strategic goals, and guiding collaborative diligence processes. You will be adept at negotiating complex, multi-million-dollar contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that foster long-term success. Furthermore, you will serve as a dedicated point of contact for our provider partners, providing ongoing support and guidance during and after the implementation of the Atlas Care Model, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.
- • A key aspect of this role involves staying at the forefront of industry trends and competitive dynamics within the healthcare and oncology sectors. You will leverage this knowledge to inform and refine our pursuit strategies, ensuring Atlas remains a leader in value-based care innovation. - • This role demands a leader who can effectively manage a sales enablement portfolio, equipping the in-market team with the necessary tools, processes, and development activities to excel. Ensuring our team is differentiated through deep knowledge and proficiency is a core objective. You will also play a vital role in managing existing provider accounts post-implementation, ensuring strong performance and high retention rates through dedicated support and proactive engagement.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of value-based care (VBC) programs, including nuances like STARS and RAF, and a keen awareness of the friction points providers encounter with payers, such as utilization management and treatment selection autonomy.
