đź“‹ Description
- • As the Head of Revenue Operations at Paragon Application Systems, Inc., you will serve as the strategic architect of the company’s revenue engine, directly enabling predictable and scalable growth by aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through data-driven processes, systems, and operational rigor. This newly created leadership role reports to executive leadership and offers significant influence over go-to-market strategy, making it ideal for a systems-oriented leader who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments and is passionate about transforming operational complexity into clarity and efficiency.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will own and execute the company’s revenue operations strategy across all GTM functions; build and optimize end-to-end go-to-market processes from lead generation through deal close and expansion; design and manage forecasting infrastructure, pipeline analytics, and revenue reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness; establish and maintain data integrity across CRM and GTM systems, particularly Salesforce, to enable trusted decision-making; develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators and funnel health; partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline management, territory planning, and quota setting based on data and market dynamics; support Marketing with funnel analytics, attribution modeling, and campaign performance measurement to optimize spend and ROI; enable Customer Success with systems for tracking retention, expansion, and lifecycle health to drive net revenue retention; identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the revenue funnel and implement scalable, automated solutions; own and optimize the GTM tech stack, including evaluating, selecting, and implementing new tools that enhance productivity and integration; drive operational cadence through forecast calls, quarterly business reviews, and KPI reviews to ensure alignment and accountability; build and maintain compensation plans and incentive structures that are aligned with business goals and motivate desired behaviors; and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Executive leadership to ensure revenue operations supports broader company objectives.
- • You will join a growing, innovative SaaS company headquartered in Los Angeles with remote flexibility, where Paragon Application Systems is committed to delivering powerful, user-centric software solutions that empower businesses to operate more efficiently. The company values operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, and this role sits at the heart of enabling those values through structured, scalable revenue operations. As a leader in this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the foundation of the revenue function from the ground up, influencing hiring, process design, technology adoption, and cultural norms around data and accountability.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in scaling revenue operations in a high-growth SaaS context, mastering the integration of people, process, and technology to drive predictable revenue outcomes. You will sharpen your executive presence and strategic influence by partnering directly with the CEO and GTM leaders, gaining experience in translating operational insights into board-level decisions. You will also build a high-impact function that not only supports current growth but establishes a scalable operating model for future expansion, positioning yourself as a key driver of Paragon’s next phase of growth and potentially opening doors to broader operational or general management leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Operations leadership experience within high-growth SaaS companies
- • Strong track record of building and scaling revenue operations functions from early stages to maturity
- • Deep experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and modern GTM tooling including marketing automation, sales engagement, and analytics platforms
- • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences
- • Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, revenue modeling, and quota setting in dynamic environments
- • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive alignment and execution
- • Strong communication skills and executive presence, with comfort presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- • Systems thinker with a bias toward automation, scalability, and process optimization
- • Hands-on, builder mentality with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically as needed
- • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity and changing priorities
🏖️ Benefits
