Head of Risk

📋 Description

• • As the first dedicated risk hire at loveholidays, you will establish the Risk function from the ground up, defining strategy, building frameworks, and embedding a risk-aware culture to protect customers, reputation, and business operations in a fast-growing online travel marketplace.
• • Your day-to-day will involve building risk management frameworks across strategic, operational, financial, technology, supply side, and compliance risks; designing and rolling out material controls; delivering forward-looking risk insights through horizon scanning and emerging risk analysis; embedding risk thinking into strategic planning with the Board and Executive Committee; driving innovation via advanced analytics and KRIs; leading and developing a high-performing team; and ensuring compliance with Provision 29 and Annual Report requirements.
