- • As Head of Sales at Global Talent Co., you will lead and scale the commercial function for a profitable, growing B2B platform specializing in custom-made premium signage, trusted by global brands in retail, automotive, luxury, hospitality, and tech.
- • You will own the full customer journey — from inbound and outbound lead generation to conversion, retention, and aftersales — managing and developing a team of sales consultants while driving CRM optimization and AI-powered sales automation.
- • You will work directly with the founders to shape commercial strategy, implement data-driven processes, and represent sales at the leadership level, bringing structure and ambition to scale the business toward European market leadership.
- • In this role, you will build a high-performing, metrics-driven sales organization, deepen market and customer insights to inform product and pricing decisions, and gain direct influence over the strategic direction of a profitable, founder-led company with a clear growth trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a B2B environment with both transactional and enterprise deal flows
- • Proven ability to build structured, metrics-driven sales teams and coach individuals while maintaining personal deal-closing capability
- • Strong command of CRM systems, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making
- • Native-level German and professional English proficiency
- • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and their role in feeding a B2B sales funnel
- • Curiosity about and willingness to implement AI tools, automation, and agent-based workflows
