- ⢠As Head of Sales at DeepJudge, you will lead the enterprise sales motion for a high-growth AI-powered legal intelligence platform, selling to elite law firms and Fortune 500 corporate legal teams. This role is critical in transitioning from founder-led sales to a scalable, repeatable system, directly impacting revenue growth and market leadership in a sophisticated, AI-driven legal tech space.
- ⢠You will personally engage in the largest and most strategic deals alongside Account Executives, own deal execution, and build executive narratives, demos, and decks without delegationâespecially in the first 90 days. You will drive AE productivity to $2M+ per rep, improve win rates, reduce cycle times, and ensure forecast accuracy within Âą5â10% quarterly. You will more than double the AE bench from 8 to 20+ Tier-1 operators, own hiring and coaching, and ensure clean handoffs to Customer Success to drive first-year retention.

The company operates as one unified revenue team with no silosâsales, customer success, product, and marketing collaborate closely under CRO leadership. You will partner with the Head of Customer Success and the Founding GTM Engineer to build a repeatable sales system, including methodology, inspection cadence, deal approval, commercial constructs, and AI-powered tooling.
- ⢠You will build and lead a high-performing sales team by setting high standards, hiring people better than yourself, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement where AEs elevate each other. You will develop expertise in selling complex AI solutions to sophisticated legal buyers, refine go-to-market strategies in real time, and shape the foundation of a repeatable enterprise sales engine. Success means creating a self-improving team where the bar rises organically through collaboration, discipline, and first-principles thinking.

- ⢠Proven experience carrying an enterprise quota and leading AE teams through a compounding scale transition
- ⢠Ability to personally engage in complex deals, build executive narratives, and drive execution without delegation
- ⢠Track record of improving AE productivity, win rates, and forecast accuracy while reducing sales cycle times
- ⢠Experience hiring, coaching, and building high-performing sales teams from the ground up
- ⢠Strong bias for action, systems thinking, and first-principles approach to sales strategy
