- • As Head of Sales DACH (m/w/d) at SoSafe GmbH, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of (Senior) Account Executives to drive scalable growth in the Mid-Market and Public Sector across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, directly contributing to the company’s mission of becoming Europe’s leading Human Risk Management provider.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, managing the full sales cycle for strategic public sector accounts, building executive relationships with decision-makers such as CISOs and agency leaders, ensuring pipeline health and forecast accuracy, conducting deal reviews, collaborating cross-functionally with SDR, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, and personally owning high-value deals to lead by example.
- • SoSafe is a fast-growing, award-winning Security Awareness scale-up backed by Highland Europe and Global Founders Capital, focused on reducing human risk in cybersecurity through behaviorally informed, interactive training. - • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling SaaS sales teams, master complex B2B sales cycles in regulated industries, refine sales methodology and forecasting rigor, and directly impact revenue predictability and team performance while advancing your career in a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in SaaS sales within the DACH region, preferably in a scale-up or startup environment, with a track record of closing strategic B2B deals and managing complex sales cycles.
- • Demonstrated leadership ability, including at least 1 year of people management experience or equivalent leadership potential shown through internal career progression and a passion for coaching others to peak performance.
- • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal coaching, with the ability to guide opportunities from initial interest to closed-won outcomes.
- • Hunter mentality: proactive, self-driven approach to identifying new opportunities with high personal pipeline standards and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- • Proficiency in Salesforce (or comparable CRM) and modern sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI-powered sales solutions.
- • Fluency in both German and English, enabling confident communication and negotiation with C-level stakeholders.
