Our dynamic and rapidly expanding team is actively seeking a seasoned and accomplished sales leader to spearhead and drive significant revenue growth across the expansive EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.
  • • This pivotal role, Head of EMEA Sales, is designed for an individual who will architect, lead, and meticulously scale our enterprise sales operations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The incumbent will bear the ultimate responsibility for achieving and surpassing regional revenue targets, formulating and executing comprehensive market expansion strategies, and cultivating a high-performing cadre of Enterprise Account Executives dedicated to client success and revenue generation.
  • • The ideal candidate is a deeply experienced enterprise sales leader, possessing a nuanced understanding of the complexities inherent in navigating and succeeding within diverse EMEA markets. They must demonstrate an exceptional ability to operate effectively across a multitude of cultures and varying regulatory landscapes, thriving within the fast-paced and dynamic environment of a high-growth startup.
  • • **Leadership & Team Development:**
  • • Spearhead the recruitment, meticulous development, and effective leadership of a team of Enterprise Account Executives strategically positioned across the EMEA region.
  • • Foster and cultivate a robust culture characterized by unwavering accountability, stringent operational rigor, and consistent, high-impact execution.
  • • Provide expert coaching and dedicated mentorship to sales representatives, focusing on enhancing pipeline quality, refining deal strategies, and ultimately improving close rates.
  • • Champion and drive the disciplined adoption of proven sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, to significantly elevate forecast accuracy and enhance deal predictability.
  • • **Revenue Growth & Regional Strategy:**
  • • Assume complete ownership of the EMEA revenue objectives, consistently striving to achieve and exceed established targets.
  • • Conceive, develop, and meticulously execute strategic regional expansion plans, encompassing critical elements such as market prioritization and optimal territory design.
  • • Proactively identify key industry verticals and strategically significant accounts to accelerate and deepen enterprise penetration.
  • • Forge strong, collaborative partnerships across cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineering, and Customer Success, to drive robust pipeline generation and foster customer expansion opportunities.
  • • **Strategic Enterprise Engagement:**
  • • Act as a hands-on, front-line leader, providing executive sponsorship and direct involvement in high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • • Engage directly and proactively with senior-level stakeholders within client organizations to expertly advance complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • • Offer strategic oversight and guidance on critical aspects of deal qualification, sophisticated pricing strategies, and effective negotiation tactics.
  • • Serve as the authoritative voice representing the EMEA enterprise customer, channeling their needs and feedback directly to Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • • **Operational Excellence:**
  • • Drive exceptional forecasting accuracy, maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, and instill rigorous pipeline discipline across the entire region.
  • • Establish and implement scalable, efficient processes designed to support sustained growth across the diverse and dynamic markets within EMEA.
  • • Ensure strict adherence to regional compliance requirements and seamless alignment with local business practices and regulations.
