- • Kinsta is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to spearhead our new business revenue generation across the EMEA and APAC regions. - • You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the unique market dynamics of EMEA and APAC, ensuring alignment with Kinsta's overall business objectives and growth targets.
- • A core aspect of this role is the day-to-day ownership of the sales pipeline and accurate forecasting. You will meticulously track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales processes and maximize revenue. Your ability to provide clear, concise, and reliable sales forecasts will be crucial for strategic planning and resource allocation.
- • Beyond pipeline management, you will provide hands-on coaching and strategic leadership to your team of Account Executives. This involves conducting regular one-on-one meetings, providing constructive feedback, facilitating skill development, and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed their sales targets. You will foster a collaborative and competitive sales environment where best practices are shared and individual successes are celebrated.

- • The Head of Sales will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the EMEA and APAC regions.
