- • Lead global sales strategy and operations for a B2B SaaS company serving over 650 customers across 70+ countries, with solutions used by developers, enterprises, and government organizations.
- • Build and maintain strategic relationships with resellers and integrators to expand market reach and drive channel revenue.
- • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Technology teams to analyze market signals, translate customer feedback into product and pricing decisions, and shape go-to-market strategies.
- • Design, implement, and continuously optimize the end-to-end sales process, including automation, sales enablement materials, and team workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales and Customer Success teams with hands-on guidance, weekly check-ins, and performance feedback to drive team growth and retention.
- • Oversee the entire sales pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and testing new sales tactics to accelerate growth and improve forecast accuracy.
- • Identify and execute upselling opportunities beyond contract renewals by analyzing customer usage data and aligning with Customer Success to uncover additional use cases.
- • Allocate sales resources and prioritize renewal campaigns based on data-driven insights into customer health, revenue potential, and geographic performance.
- • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers by developing deep product expertise and confidently demonstrating how PDF solutions solve mission-critical business workflows.
- • Represent the company at industry events to build partnerships, expand the customer network, and strengthen brand visibility in the PDF technology space.
- • Work closely with key stakeholders in large organizations to design tailored enterprise solutions that meet complex compliance, security, and integration requirements.
- • Measure daily sales performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in conversion, deal velocity, and customer satisfaction.
- • Drive alignment between Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from initial contact through renewal and expansion.
- • Leverage market and customer data to inform strategic decisions on geographic focus, pricing models, and resource allocation across regions.
- • Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and customer-centricity within the sales organization, embodying the company’s core values in every interaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (ideally in SaaS or technology)
- • Fluent in professional German (both written and spoken)
- • Proven Enterprise Sales experience with a diverse customer base – from developers to government organizations
- • Successful track record in developing and implementing sales strategies and scaling sales operations
- • Experience leading Customer Success or Sales teams, focusing on upselling, customer retention, and excellent customer experience
- • Ability to collaborate across departments to share valuable market insights
