  • • Close warm leads generated from digital advertising campaigns by conducting consultative phone sales conversations with parents seeking educational solutions for their children.
  • • Convert interested families into paying customers by pitching tailored online tutoring packages priced between $99 and $1,499 based on each family’s unique educational needs and goals.
  • • Own and manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact through to closed deal, including follow-ups, objection handling, and finalizing contractual agreements.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system for all leads, conversations, outcomes, and customer interactions to ensure operational transparency and sales pipeline visibility.
  • • Consistently meet and exceed aggressive monthly conversion targets to maximize commission earnings, with a compensation structure based on base pay plus uncapped performance-based incentives.
  • • Represent MyEdSpace as the primary point of contact for prospective families, building trust and credibility by articulating the platform’s mission to deliver world-class education access regardless of geography or socioeconomic status.
  • • Demonstrate deep understanding of the educational programs offered, including tutor matching, curriculum alignment, and learning outcomes, to effectively position the value proposition during sales calls.
  • • Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of accountability, discipline, and time management to achieve daily and weekly sales quotas.
  • • Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead and broader team to share best practices, refine pitch techniques, and adapt to evolving market feedback or campaign performance data.
  • • Uphold company values of integrity, ownership, and continuous improvement by being transparent with customers, admitting knowledge gaps, seeking feedback, and consistently striving to deliver real educational impact.
  • • Operate with a results-driven mindset focused on closing sales—not merely answering inquiries—leveraging persuasive communication skills to turn interest into committed enrollments.
  • • Utilize a reliable home office setup including a computer with 8GB+ RAM, a professional headset with microphone, and a stable wired internet connection to ensure uninterrupted communication during high-volume calling hours.
  • • Engage with a global, cross-cultural team spanning 15+ countries, contributing to a dynamic, purpose-driven culture committed to transforming education for students worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the UK or US market
  • • Strong phone-based sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals, not just handling inbound enquiries
  • • C1/C2 English proficiency
  • • Reliable home office setup including a computer (8GB+ RAM), headset with mic, and stable wired internet
  • • Ability to meet and exceed aggressive monthly conversion targets
  • • Comfort working as a contractor with fixed base pay plus uncapped commission structure
