  • • Close warm leads generated from digital advertising campaigns through consultative phone sales conversations to convert parents into paying customers for online tutoring packages priced between $99 and $1,499.
  • • Deliver tailored pitches for educational programs by understanding each family’s unique needs and aligning them with the most appropriate tutoring solution, ensuring personalized value delivery.
  • • Own and manage the full sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing, including follow-ups, objection handling, and finalizing agreements while maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • • Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly conversion targets to maximize commission earnings, with a compensation structure of $1,500 base plus uncapped commission.
  • • Represent MyEdSpace as the primary point of contact for prospective families, building trust and credibility by authentically communicating the platform’s mission to make world-class education accessible regardless of geography or socioeconomic status.
  • • Operate as a commission-driven sales professional focused on closing deals rather than providing customer service, leveraging strong persuasion skills to convert inbound inquiries into revenue.
  • • Utilize a reliable home office setup including a computer with 8GB+ RAM, a headset with a microphone, and a stable wired internet connection to ensure consistent, high-quality communication during sales calls.
  • • Work remotely as a contractor with flexibility in schedule, while maintaining strict adherence to performance metrics and deadlines set by the Sales Team Lead.
  • • Align daily activities with company values: prioritize integrity by being transparent and honest in all interactions, know your coordinates by self-assessing strengths and gaps, raise the bar by iterating quickly and seeking feedback, embrace being wrong as part of learning, and win together by collaborating with teammates despite geographic distances.

  • • Demonstrate C1/C2 level English proficiency in both spoken and written communication to effectively engage with families in the UK and US markets.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the sales process and share learnings with the team, contributing to collective growth and operational excellence.
