  • • Own the entire European revenue engine for Wingtra, a venture-backed robotics scale-up that is re-defining how the world digitizes itself from the sky. You will inherit a high-performing team of three direct reports and be entrusted with the mandate to double the region’s contribution to global ARR within 24 months.
  • • Architect and execute a three-year European go-to-market plan that balances explosive growth with sustainable profitability. Translate Wingtra’s global OKRs into quarterly playbooks that prioritize mining, AEC, agriculture, and humanitarian verticals while remaining agile enough to pivot when new opportunities emerge.
  • • Build, nurture, and scale a best-in-class partner ecosystem. Identify and onboard new distribution partners in under-penetrated geographies, negotiate win-win contracts, and design tiered enablement programs that turn resellers into evangelists. Expect to spend up to 50 % of your time on the road, running joint business planning sessions, co-selling in the field, and ensuring every partner hits ramp-up KPIs.
  • • Lead from the front on the most strategic deals. Whether it is a pan-European mining consortium or a UN humanitarian mission, you will quarterback complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations that routinely exceed €1 M in annual contract value. Your deal desk will become the internal benchmark for pricing discipline, legal compliance, and customer success alignment.
  • • Coach and elevate a diverse sales team scattered across Barcelona, Berlin, and beyond. Implement a repeatable sales methodology, run weekly deal clinics, and introduce data-driven coaching rituals that lift win rates and shrink sales cycles. Build succession paths so that every AE can become a future regional director.
  • • Own the European forecast with military precision. Maintain HubSpot as the single source of truth, enforce hygiene standards, and deliver board-level visibility into pipeline health, partner productivity, and revenue predictability. Your dashboards will guide executive decisions on inventory, marketing spend, and product roadmap trade-offs.
  • • Translate frontline insights into product and marketing strategy. Run quarterly win/loss analyses, feed VOC into the roadmap, and co-create vertical-specific messaging with the global marketing team. Your voice will shape everything from feature prioritization to pricing architecture.
  • • Be the external face of Wingtra at Europe’s premier trade shows, drone conferences, and industry associations. Keynote when needed, close on the booth floor when required, and ensure every handshake converts into a qualified opportunity.
  • • Foster a culture of radical candor and continuous learning. Celebrate wins loudly, dissect losses openly, and institutionalize feedback loops that make the European team the most admired sales organization in the company.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations to optimize supply chain logistics for just-in-time delivery, with finance to design flexible payment terms for capital-constrained partners, and with customer success to guarantee reference-able deployments that fuel expansion revenue.
