  • • As Head of Sales Germany, you will serve as the commercial engine for Lexroom’s expansion into the German market, leading a team to scale revenue from an established foundation of 4 co-design partnerships and 50 active customers.
  • • You will own the end-to-end sales cycle—prospecting, pipeline management, demos, negotiation, and closing—for small and mid-sized law firms, while also acting as a player-coach by leading daily standups, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and 1-on-1s to instill CRM discipline and accountability.
  • • You will deepen existing co-design partnerships with German law firms to co-develop product modules, adapt positioning and pricing for local market relevance, and build Lexroom’s brand presence at legal tech events and through LinkedIn and PR initiatives.
  • • You will feed competitive insights and customer feedback back to headquarters to shorten product iteration cycles, ensuring the solution remains tightly aligned with German legal market needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a quota-carrying role in SaaS or technology, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • • Sales leadership experience managing a sales team and running high-performance sales routines including pipeline reviews, forecasting, 1-on-1s, and coaching.
  • • Native German and fluent English proficiency, essential for engaging local clients and coordinating with international HQ.
  • • Strong understanding of the German legal or regulatory market, with prior experience selling into law firms or legal departments highly desirable.
  • • Experience in new market or product launches, including building pipeline from scratch and prioritizing ruthlessly in early-stage go-to-market scenarios.
  • • CRM discipline and data-driven approach, with clean pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and rigorous CRM hygiene as non-negotiables.
