- • Lead and grow Tandem Health’s footprint across the DACH region as Head of Sales, driving commercial strategy and execution for a clinician-focused AI platform transforming healthcare delivery.
- • Own pipeline generation, revenue growth, and market expansion while building, leading, and scaling a high-performing sales organization targeting healthcare and healthtech providers, systems, and partners.
- • Develop executive-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, EHR vendors, insurers, and digital health platforms; lead complex enterprise sales cycles from engagement to close in collaboration with product, legal, and implementation teams.
- • Represent Tandem externally at industry events and internally as the voice of the DACH market, providing insights on customer needs, regulatory trends, and competitive dynamics to shape product and go-to-market strategy.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, clinical, and customer success teams to ensure successful implementations and long-term customer outcomes in a fast-scaling, mission-driven health-tech company backed by top investors.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading healthcare or healthtech sales teams, ideally in digital health, AI, SaaS, medtech, or healthcare IT.
- • Strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals in highly regulated healthcare environments.
- • Deep understanding of the DACH healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, provider groups, payors, and health IT procurement processes.
- • Significant experience selling to healthcare providers, health systems, EHR vendors, or clinical workflow platforms.
- • Strong network across the DACH healthcare and healthtech landscape with ability to build trusted executive relationships quickly.
- • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving clinical, operational, technical, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
