- • As the Head of Sales for KSA, you will be instrumental in building and leading Sully’s go-to-market engine from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to define and execute a sales strategy in a dynamic and high-potential market. You will own the entire sales cycle, from identifying and engaging potential clients through meticulous outbound prospecting to closing complex enterprise deals. Your primary objective will be to drive and systematize predictable, repeatable revenue growth, establishing Sully.ai as a leader in AI-powered healthcare solutions within KSA.
- • This role demands a leader who can navigate ambiguity, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and execute decisively. You will be responsible for leading intricate enterprise negotiations, often involving high stakes and extended sales cycles. A key aspect of your role will be to enhance demo conversion rates by refining our storytelling, ensuring clear articulation of value, and establishing faster feedback loops with prospects and customers. Furthermore, you will be tasked with building and nurturing a high-performing sales team, which includes hiring, training, and scaling talent to meet our ambitious growth targets.
- • Your initial focus in the first month will be critical. You will conduct a thorough audit of Sully’s existing pipeline, sales processes, and messaging within the KSA market. Based on this analysis, you will define the foundational go-to-market playbook, establish initial success metrics, and begin building the top-of-funnel pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and securing early customer meetings. Your success will be measured by key OKRs within the first 90 days, including delivering the first closed-won enterprise deals with measurable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) impact, establishing a repeatable playbook for converting outbound leads to closed deals, and laying the groundwork for a high-performing sales team and an effective onboarding program.
