Head of sales & partnership

📋 Description

• • As the Head of Sales & Partnership at Lucis Technologies, Inc., you will build the commercial engine from scratch, turning Lucis into a platform that enterprises, insurers, and brands want to partner with, directly advancing the mission of making preventive health the default for every human in Europe.
• • You will own B2B enterprise sales to large corporates and CAC40 companies, health insurance partnerships, strategic brand partnerships, and the creation of the Lucis sales playbook from first outreach to closed deal and expansion, while building CRM, pipeline, and forecasting infrastructure from zero and hiring the first sales team member within 6–9 months.
• • Lucis Technologies is building the OS for human longevity, operating from a Paris hub with a culture of rigor without ego, radical ownership, and velocity over perfection, where teams work side by side to create something exceptional in preventive health.
• • In this role, you will learn to design and scale a sales motion from scratch, master complex deal structuring across multiple stakeholders, document scalable sales processes, and achieve early-stage commercial traction by closing 3–5 enterprise deals and securing a health insurance partnership within six months.
