- • The Sales Executive II at Strada, Inc. drives high-impact sales initiatives across key Global markets in North America, focusing on identifying and capturing strategic opportunities to deliver revenue growth through tailored solutions aligned with global business objectives.
- • Day to day, the role involves prospecting and lead generation, pitching and presenting to C-level stakeholders, managing sales pipelines, negotiating and closing deals, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Solution Architects), managing existing client relationships, upselling and cross-selling services, leading innovation conversations, developing strategic account plans, and tracking account performance.
- • Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management, operating in 180+ countries with cloud-based technology solutions that help organizations grow and enable workforces to perform at their best, guided by values of anticipating customer needs, owning outcomes, working smarter, empowering collaboration, and caring about work and people.
- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve mastery in global payroll and HCM solutions, strategic account planning, complex multi-country sales cycles, C-level relationship building, data-driven decision-making using CRM tools like Salesforce, and contributing to revenue growth in a fast-growing global organization with significant career advancement potential.
