- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR Outbound) based in the Middle East at ElevenLabs, you will play a crucial role in building an effective outbound sales strategy while working closely with Account Executives to partner with enterprises in generating new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale using breakthrough voice technology.
- • Day to day, you will conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market, engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers, implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion, collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends, continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop, monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness, and collaborate with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results.

- • In this role, you can learn and achieve mastery in outbound sales strategy within a high-velocity, AI-first environment, develop expertise in scaling sales processes in emerging markets, refine your ability to nurture and collaborate within lean autonomous teams, and grow your impact by contributing to the global expansion of ElevenLabs’ voice technology across enterprise clients in the Middle East and beyond.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing new business meetings
- • Demonstrated ability to build opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and categories
- • Experience with full suite of prospecting tools
- • Demonstrated ability to build, scale process
- • Demonstrated ability to nurture a team
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
