📋 Description

  • • As Head of Sales Recruiting at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will lead the strategy and execution of hiring for global sales teams, playing a pivotal role in scaling talent acquisition to support the company’s mission to modernize the $200B dental industry through technology.
  • • You will partner with senior sales leaders to design scalable, inclusive hiring strategies across domestic and international markets, ensuring alignment with business goals as Dandy expands into new countries and builds its operating system for dental practices worldwide.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading and growing a team of recruiters and sourcers, focusing on performance, development, and scaling capacity to meet high-volume hiring demands.
  • • You will deliver high-calibre talent at scale by partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to source, assess, and hire exceptional candidates—from BDRs and AEs to first-line sales leaders—at speed and with consistent quality.
  • • You will build and optimize recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience, with emphasis on sourcing strategies, employer branding, inclusive practices, and data-driven decision-making using real-time pipeline and funnel analytics.
  • • You will design and execute strategic hiring initiatives for mission-critical leadership roles, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve hiring challenges, and streamline operations through improved workflows, tools, and reporting infrastructure.
  • • You will champion a culture of continuous improvement focused on Quality of Hire, ensuring every candidate meets Dandy’s high technical and cultural standards, while embodying and promoting the company’s ‘Dandy Drivers’ values.
  • • You will support the growth of recruiting infrastructure by evaluating and implementing modern tools (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite), enhancing systems, and establishing best practices for reporting and compliance.
  • • You will operate in a fast-paced, high-change startup environment, leveraging strong business acumen to act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and influence talent strategy with data, storytelling, and negotiation skills.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startup environments
  • • 5+ years of experience managing and scaling recruiting teams
  • • Deep expertise in recruiting for growing sales functions, including hiring BDRs, AEs, and first-line sales leaders, with proven success in both North American and international markets
