- • Lead the charge in Dexory’s next explosive growth chapter. Over the next 24 months we are scaling from Series-B to global category leader in real-time warehouse intelligence. You will own the end-to-end US revenue engine, architecting a repeatable, data-driven sales motion that turns cutting-edge robotics and AI into eight-figure ARR.
- • Build and inspire a world-class US Sales organization from the ground up. You will hire, onboard and coach Account Executives, SDRs, Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Managers, embedding a culture of curiosity, radical candour and relentless customer obsession. You will design compensation plans, territory carve-outs and forecasting cadences that reward over-achievement while protecting unit economics.
- • Exponentially expand our qualified pipeline. You will partner with Marketing to triple MQL volume, experiment with PLG tactics and ABM plays, and personally quarterback the largest enterprise deals. You will map Fortune-500 supply-chain orgs, craft multi-threaded outreach and turn cold prospects into strategic champions.
- • Architect and execute a land-and-expand motion that turns every pilot into a multi-site, multi-year platform rollout. You will run quarterly business reviews with C-suite customers, translate operational KPIs into ROI narratives and secure seven-figure upsells before competitors know an RFP exists.
- • Establish Dexory as the thought-leader in warehouse digital twins. You will keynote at industry conferences, co-author white-papers with McKinsey and Gartner, and leverage customer success stories to create viral reference programs. Your voice will shape how the market defines next-gen supply-chain visibility.
- • Create airtight forecasting and revenue operations. You will implement MEDDPICC rigour, build dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot, and present board-ready metrics on pipeline coverage, win-rates and net-revenue retention. You will spot risk early and orchestrate cross-functional SWAT teams to rescue stalled deals.
- • Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering and Robotics teams to translate field feedback into roadmap priorities. You will run win-loss interviews, champion new pricing models and ensure every feature ships with a monetization plan.
- • Foster a remote-first culture of continuous learning. You will run weekly deal clinics, quarterly SKOs and monthly “lunch-and-learns” with MIT robotics professors. You will mentor future VPs, codify best practices in Notion playbooks and celebrate wins with meme-filled Slack channels and surprise drone drops.
- • Champion diversity and inclusion in every hiring decision. You will partner with People Ops to source under-represented talent, sponsor employee-resource groups and ensure equitable promotion paths so our Sales floor mirrors the diverse supply-chain leaders we serve.
- • Protect the long-term trust of our customers and brand. You will refuse short-term discounts that erode value, enforce ethical data-use policies and ensure every contract includes sustainability clauses that advance Dexory’s net-zero commitment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 3 years leading high-growth teams in Series-B to Series-C environments
- • Demonstrated track record of closing $1M+ ARR deals with Fortune-1000 supply-chain, logistics or retail enterprises
- • Deep fluency in MEDDPICC or MEDDICC qualification methodology and proven ability to build repeatable sales processes from scratch
- • Experience hiring, coaching and scaling distributed teams across multiple US time-zones while maintaining culture and performance
- • Nice-to-have: prior start-up experience in robotics, IoT or AI-driven solutions; existing rolodex of C-level supply-chain executives
