  • • You will join a mission-driven, cross-functional team at a pioneering microbiome health company recognized by Forbes as a "Next Billion Dollar Startup," working to improve global physical and mental health through science-backed probiotic innovations.
  • • In this role, you will develop strategic partnerships, set vision and execution plans for wholesale growth, and help shape how Pendulum is perceived in the market—grounded in science, trusted by practitioners, and resonant with consumers seeking real health outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading sales and business development in wholesale, retail, or healthcare distribution channels, preferably in consumer health, wellness, or pharmaceutical-adjacent industries.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and scale strategic partnerships with key accounts such as FDMC/AO, healthcare marketplaces, or emerging retail platforms.
  • • Strong commercial acumen with experience translating clinical or scientific product differentiation into compelling market positioning and consumer value propositions.
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset and track record of setting vision, executing with precision, and driving measurable revenue growth in complex, evolving markets.
