- • As Head of SME & Partnerships, Brazil, you will strategize and drive Airwallex’s Brazil expansion plan, playing a key role in the commercial leadership team in the Americas to align with regional objectives and ensure strategic execution.
- • You will build, lead, and inspire the SME commercial team by recruiting and overseeing Sales Development, Account Executives, and Channel Partnerships teams, fostering a high-performing, player/coach culture focused on end-to-end sales cycle ownership.
- • You will engage directly with customers to close deals while leading the team, driving growth initiatives across the full customer lifecycle—acquisition, activation, retention, and upselling—and shaping market positioning in Brazil.
- • You will partner with global and regional teams in Marketing and Product to execute customer acquisition campaigns and tailor user experiences and tools for Brazilian SME customers.
- • You will serve as a prominent representative of Airwallex at key Brazilian SME events, enhancing brand visibility and driving strategic collaborations.
- • You will operate from Airwallex’s São Paulo office with required in-office attendance, contributing to a mission-driven culture of builders with founder-like energy, curiosity, and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 10 years of progressive go-to-market experience, including at a top-tier management consulting firm or in go-to-market leadership roles at a high-growth company
- • 5+ years of experience leading and managing GTM teams of 10 or more, including sales, account management, and marketing
- • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi-channel customer acquisition strategies and scaling revenue growth in a B2B environment
- • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing commercial teams in high-growth environments
- • Direct experience and connections in the Brazilian fintech market
- • Fluency in English and Portuguese
