- • Collaborate with leadership, product marketing, and ecosystem partners to refine messaging, ensuring clarity, credibility, and consistency across all communications and channels.
- • Build and nurture a cohesive brand narrative that reflects the core values of decentralization, security, and transparency, while injecting creativity and personality into public storytelling.
- • Stay ahead of trends in the blockchain and Web3 space to anticipate shifts in audience behavior and platform dynamics, adapting strategy in real time.
- • Mentor and guide a growing social team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence in content creation and community engagement.
- • Measure and report on the impact of social initiatives using analytics to optimize performance and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.

- • Proven experience leading social media strategy for technology or blockchain companies, with a track record of growing audiences and engagement.
- • Deep understanding of Web3, Ethereum, and decentralized technologies, including familiarity with Ethereum scaling solutions and ecosystem dynamics.
- • Strong creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, accessible narratives.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and executive teams.
- • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and content management platforms to track performance and inform strategy.
