Head of Solution Consulting, Workforce

📋 Description

• • Lead the Workforce Solution Consulting function at Socure, driving strategy and execution for identity trust solutions in the workforce vertical while managing a team of Solution Consultants who serve as the primary technical point-of-contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation.
• • Own day-to-day operations and long-term technical strategy for the Workforce Pod, including designing and maintaining Solution Consulting playbooks, conducting After Action Reviews, and turning raw data into actionable insights to solve business problems and mitigate risk.
• • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership to align on short- and long-term strategies, structure the team to support sales and product goals, and ensure successful adoption and integration of Socure’s solutions across workforce accounts.
• • Develop expertise in Socure’s identity trust infrastructure, influence cross-functional teams, and contribute to product enhancements by serving as the focal point for feature requests while recruiting and retaining top-tier talent in a high-bar, mission-driven environment.
