Head of Strategic Operations

📋 Description

• • As Head of Strategic Operations at Kraken Technologies Limited, you will drive the operational leadership needed to turn new AI infrastructure into company-wide transformation, making AI the default way Kraken thinks, builds, hires, serves clients, and grows.
• • Day to day, you will accelerate Kraken’s AI transformation by embedding AI-first features into core products and processes, deploy AI engineering teams into product teams and internal initiatives, own execution of mission-critical AI projects requiring cross-organizational coordination, lead procurement and contracting for AI initiatives, drive delivery across product teams, Legal, and Security & Privacy, promote AI adoption and upskilling organization-wide, build and deploy an AI delivery & transformation team, partner with the Chief AI Officer to create Kraken’s Utility Grade AI playbook, run governance and responsible-use processes for AI, develop internal and external messaging about AI, and own all internal AI budgets, tooling, and vendor/partner relationships.
