  • • As Head of Strategic Partnerships for Deliveroo Drive, you will lead the strategic management and growth of Deliveroo’s most critical B2B relationships with grocery partners across the UK, Italy, France, and the UAE, directly contributing to the expansion and profitability of Deliveroo’s hypergrowth fulfillment platform that enables first-party ecommerce experiences for retailers and grocers.
  • • You will define and execute jointly agreed growth plans with key grocery partners, aligning Deliveroo Drive’s capabilities with partner objectives to drive mutual, long-term value creation through data-informed strategies and performance tracking against annual commercial targets.
  • • You will own the end-to-end contract lifecycle—including negotiation, renewal, and performance management—ensuring terms are structured to unlock shared value while mitigating risk and maintaining compliance with Deliveroo’s commercial and operational standards.
  • • You will build and nurture multi-functional relationships with partner stakeholders at all levels, positioning Deliveroo Drive as the preferred delivery operator through consistent reliability, proactive communication, and tailored solutions that address evolving grocery segment needs.
  • • You will lead and inspire a cross-functional team by fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and a win-win mindset, enabling the team to deliver exceptional partner experiences and operational excellence.
  • • You will partner with Drive’s GM and Director, as well as broader Deliveroo business leaders, to inform long-term commercial strategy and refine the partner value proposition for grocery segments, leveraging frontline insights to shape product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.
  • • You will monitor plan implementation, control expenditure, and identify in-flight interventions to course-correct underperformance, ensuring agility and accountability in delivering against financial and strategic KPIs.
  • • You will develop creative, scalable solutions to complex partner challenges, bringing clarity and focus to your team on high-impact actions that drive revenue growth, partner retention, and market expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of revenue growth in account-facing, B2B roles with demonstrable success in managing complex partner relationships or portfolios
  • • Experience defining and implementing strategic B2B partner plans, including the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and drive team focus on high-impact initiatives
  • • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt style across stakeholder levels, listen actively, and respond effectively to partner needs
  • • Experience leading or managing high-value commercial negotiations and contract renewals with strategic partners
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and lead multi-functional teams with an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture
