📋 Description

• As Head of Supply Chain & Purchasing at Glow25 GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s rapid growth by ensuring reliable product availability, optimizing cost structures, and building a resilient, future-ready supply chain that directly supports the mission of redefining beauty through innovation and operational excellence.
• You will lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations, including forecasting, S&OP, procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment, while establishing scalable processes, driving ERP system excellence, and transforming purchasing into a strategic value lever through supplier strategy, negotiation, and multi-sourcing.
• Glow25 is a dynamic, fast-growing Berlin-based beauty and pro-aging company committed to creating lasting ‘Glow-Moments’ for its community and team, fostering an inspiring, enjoyable work culture where smart, empathetic individuals take ownership and grow together.
• In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling supply chains in high-growth environments, master data-driven decision-making using ERP and AI-enhanced tools, build high-performing teams, and gain deep experience in aligning supply chain excellence with customer experience, financial health, and sustainable growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a dynamic growth environment and a leading company
• Proven experience professionalizing a supply chain in a scaling organization with strong end-to-end process knowledge in S&OP, forecasting, inventory control, supplier management, and operational excellence
• Mandatory solid experience with ERP systems and deep understanding of how end-to-end processes in supply chain, procurement, inventory, production planning, and reporting are mapped, controlled, and optimized
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, including structuring supplier portfolios, leading negotiations, and realizing measurable savings
• Experience in leading and developing teams, ideally in hybrid or remote work environments
• Fluent German and English at minimum C1 level
• Industry knowledge in Consumer Goods, Food, Beauty, Supplements, Pharma, FMCG, or E-Commerce is a plus
