- • Lead and scale the talent acquisition function for a mission-driven defense-technology company during a critical growth phase, ensuring alignment with business priorities and national security objectives.
- • Own end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution across technical, go-to-market, and G&A roles, with deep expertise in cleared and clearance-eligible hiring within regulated environments.
- • Partner with senior leadership as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, headcount prioritization, and hiring tradeoffs while building scalable systems and processes.
- • Drive continuous improvement through data-informed recruiting metrics, structured hiring manager training, and optimization of TA systems and vendor partnerships.
