  • • As Vibe experiences a period of accelerated growth, with an ambitious target to 2.5x our revenue by 2026, the establishment and continuous enhancement of a world-class Talent Acquisition (TA) function stand as paramount drivers of this expansion. This role is central to achieving our strategic objectives, demanding a visionary leader who can architect and execute a hiring strategy that elevates the caliber of talent across every position within the organization.
  • • The Head of Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in scaling our Go-to-Market (GTM) and Engineering organizations with exceptional talent at an unprecedented pace, ensuring that our growth is fueled by the best individuals in the market. We are a compact, high-performing team that thrives on clarity, speed, and decisive execution.   • • Your mission, as the architect of Vibe's growth engine, will be based in our NYC Headquarters. You will report directly to the Chief People Officer, playing a pivotal role in our company's trajectory. Vibe's capacity to achieve its aggressive 2026 targets is intrinsically linked to the density and quality of talent we onboard. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that we never compromise on the high standards of quality, even as we accelerate our hiring velocity.
  • • You will be tasked with building and leading a high-performing team of five dedicated recruiters. Your leadership will empower them to proactively hunt for and attract the top 1% of talent available in the market, focusing on both passive candidates and those actively seeking new opportunities.
  • • **Strategy & Leadership:**
  • • Design, implement, and refine scalable recruitment strategies meticulously aligned with aggressive annual headcount goals, ensuring that Vibe's growth trajectory is consistently supported by top-tier talent.
  • • Provide inspirational leadership and effective management to a team of five recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture and driving accountability against strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • • Coach and mentor recruiters, equipping them with advanced sourcing techniques and strategic approaches to identify and engage hard-to-fill technical roles, particularly within competitive engineering domains.
  • • **Sourcing & Pipeline Development:**
  • • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that extend beyond traditional platforms like LinkedIn, creatively identifying and engaging passive A-players who may not be actively looking.
  • • Build and maintain robust, diverse talent pipelines for critical Engineering and Revenue roles, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • • Spearhead and deploy impactful employer branding initiatives, actively shaping and promoting Vibe's image as a premier technology employer of choice within the industry.
  • • **Process & Operations Excellence:**
  • • Train and empower hiring managers across the organization on best practices for bar-raising, bias-free interview techniques, ensuring a consistent and equitable evaluation process for all candidates.
  • • Maintain impeccable data hygiene within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring the accuracy and reliability of recruitment data for insightful reporting, trend analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  • • Skillfully negotiate complex offers, adeptly aligning candidate expectations with internal compensation bands and company philosophy while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • • **Collaboration & Impact:**
  • • Partner closely with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership team to forecast talent needs and align recruitment strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • • Contribute to the development of a compelling employee value proposition that resonates with top talent in the competitive tech market.
  • • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a fair and equitable experience for all candidates.
  • • **Continuous Improvement:**
  • • Regularly assess and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging recruitment best practices to ensure Vibe remains at the cutting edge of talent acquisition.
