- • The Head of Technology and Product for WeloData is a hands-on leader accountable for both product and engineering for this fast-growing service line.
- • This is a build and scale mandate: the role owns strengthening platform reliability, release quality, monitoring, and product delivery as the foundation for WeloData’s next stage of growth, and is empowered to move fast and decisively.
- • Working in close partnership with Welo Global’s Technology team, and stakeholders within WeloData: Talent, Operations, and the Director of Delivery Engagement, the Head of Technology and Product elevates WeloData’s platforms to match the pace of the business while building the 2–3 year technology and product roadmap that positions WeloData for what’s next, delivering measurable impact on customer success, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- • Build the next generation of WeloData’s platform foundations: raise the bar on release quality, monitoring, and audit readiness, and build the engineering discipline to match the pace of the business’s growth.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and technology innovation, and ensure alignment with Welo Global’s overall business strategy.
- • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology and product roadmap that aligns with WeloData’s business objectives and drives growth.
- • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the WeloData team.
- • Identify and prioritize key technology and product initiatives, and allocate resources to drive successful outcomes.
- • Lead and manage a high-performing technology and product team, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
- • Partner with Welo Global’s Technology team to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the overall technology strategy.
- • Provide strategic input to WeloData’s leadership team on technology and product-related matters.
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product and technology development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in product and technology development.
- • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing technology and product teams.
- • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- • Experience with technology and product roadmapping, and the ability to prioritize key initiatives.
