📋 Description

  • As Head of Total Rewards & People Operations at Juniper Square, you will lead the design and delivery of global compensation, benefits, and people operations strategies that are critical to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent during a pivotal phase of growth and IPO readiness. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to compete in the talent market while ensuring compliance, scalability, and alignment with business objectives across multiple geographies.
  • You will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and People leadership to shape executive compensation frameworks, govern equity practices, and ensure readiness for public company disclosures, making you a key strategic advisor in one of the most consequential transitions in the company’s lifecycle.
  • Day to day, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of global compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, variable pay, equity, and executive compensation structures tailored to U.S., India, and European markets.
  • You will oversee the annual compensation cycle—managing merit increases, promotions, bonus allocations, and equity refreshes—with rigor, fairness, and transparency to maintain trust and motivation across the workforce.
  • You will own and evolve the global People Operations function, ensuring best-in-class employee experience across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding and offboarding to HRIS data integrity, payroll processing, compliance, policy development, and employee records management.
  • You will implement scalable systems, tools, and workflows—leveraging HRIS, payroll, and equity platforms—to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enable self-service capabilities that improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • You will ensure compliance with employment, benefits, and compensation regulations across all current and future geographies, partnering with Legal, Finance, and IT to mitigate risk and uphold ethical standards in a rapidly expanding global footprint.
  • You will build, lead, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards & People Operations team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through mentorship, clear goal-setting, and investment in professional growth.
  • You will act as a thought partner and advisor to senior leaders on compensation, benefits, and people practices, translating complex data into actionable insights that inform talent strategy, budget planning, and organizational design.
  • In this role, you will gain deep exposure to IPO readiness processes, including executive compensation governance, SEC disclosure requirements, and equity best practices—positioning you as a leader in high-stakes, high-visibility people functions.
  • You will have the opportunity to shape Juniper Square’s people philosophy as it scales globally, leaving a lasting legacy on how the company values, rewards, and supports its employees through innovative, equitable, and scalable total rewards strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and/or people operations, ideally in a high-growth technology company.
  • Demonstrated expertise in global compensation practices (U.S., India, Europe) and executive compensation, including experience preparing a company for IPO readiness, including governance and disclosure requirements.
  • Strong track record of scaling People Operations in multi-national organizations, with proven ability to leverage HRIS, payroll, and equity platforms to optimize operations and drive efficiency.

🏖️ Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family, plus life insurance, mental wellness coverage, and fertility and growing family support.
  • Flex Time Off in addition to company paid holidays, paid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement leave policies.
  • Retirement saving plans, allowance to customize your work and technology setup at home, and an annual professional development stipend.
