- • As the Head of US Sales, you will be instrumental in leading, mentoring, and scaling our high-performing sales team across North America. This is a critical "player-coach" role, demanding both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in key deals. You will guide your team through complex, high-impact conversations, develop future sales leaders through consistent coaching and accountability, and ultimately drive significant revenue growth.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a world-class sales organization. This involves fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and data-driven execution. You will create and refine a structured sales rhythm that emphasizes skill development, peer-to-peer learning, and the strategic application of data to inform every decision.
- • You will embody and champion a consultative, value-based sales approach. - • A key aspect of your role will be to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, prioritizing value and customer impact over mere volume. You will leverage CRM and performance data meticulously to ensure accurate forecasting, maintain pipeline discipline, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- • You will be directly responsible for the development and performance of a team of approximately 6 Account Executives. This includes conducting regular one-on-one meetings, providing in-depth deal reviews, and delivering tailored enablement support to ensure each team member reaches their full potential.
- • Beyond coaching, you will actively participate in closing key strategic deals, demonstrating best practices in consultative selling and negotiation, and serving as a role model for the entire team. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be crucial.
- • Continuous recruiting and talent development are core leadership responsibilities. You will be tasked with identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier sales talent who align with Choco's values of curiosity, commitment, and integrity. - • Proven experience as a frontline sales manager with a strong track record of leading mid-market teams to achieve consistent, predictable performance through outbound-focused sales motions.
- • Demonstrated success in selling to upper mid-market customers, coupled with the ability to build, execute, and win complex sales cycles.
- • Expertise in developing and operationalizing a repeatable, value-based sales playbook that drives consistent execution and results across multiple market segments.
- • Strong coaching and talent development skills, with a proven ability to mentor, guide, and grow individual contributors into high performers and future leaders.
