- • As Head of Utility Sales at Pano AI, you will lead full-cycle sales initiatives targeting utility and energy customers to accelerate wildfire detection and response using AI and IoT technology, directly supporting the company’s mission to prevent small ignitions from becoming catastrophic fires.
- • You will develop and manage a growing customer base in the utility and energy sector, identify and execute new business opportunities, structure and negotiate complex contracts, and maintain senior-level relationships with stakeholders ranging from field operators to C-suite and board members.
- • You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to assess competitive landscapes and refine go-to-market strategies tailored to the utility vertical, while ensuring timely deployment of Pano Station installations ahead of fire season.
- • You will drive account expansion in partnership with Customer Success, leveraging your domain expertise to exceed sales goals and contribute to Pano AI’s growth as a leader in climate tech and early wildfire intelligence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of technology sales experience selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting, or cloud computing services
- • 5+ years of outside sales or business development focused on the utility and energy sector
- • Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder, matrixed organizations at the executive level and close complex deals
